Motion to accept the 3/15/25 meeting minutes was made by Doris Livezey; seconded by Betty Kabanek; and unanimously approved.

Treasurer’s Report: Bank balance at 6/20/25 was $1,833.07. U.N.S.C.C. is now requiring reporting on all D1 L.G. meeting locations.

Gary Cunningham reported on S.J. All District Leadership Group, the Measure T Bond Oversight Committee, S.J. fireworks issues, and reporting illegal fireworks on 311.

Elizabeth Guimarin, D1 Emergency Prep Coordinator discussed Emergency Prep activities, CERT (sjncert.org), City Office of Emergency Management, and the 9/20 Village Hub (certaintogether.org) Demo at the Calabazas Community Room.

Richard (Skip) Stevens has resigned as President of the Westgate Neighborhood Association.

Rosemary Kamei: City budget passed on 6/10/25. District One L.G. received $6.5k for Emergency Prep. New Winchester Business Organization created to get grant funds. City received $40k for Westgate transportation impact study. OLIVE program (Oversized Lived-In Vehicle Enforcement) established to address environment and safety issues. Ashesh Singh is a new Parks Commissioner. Kobe Lopez is the D1 Public Safety and Community Development Coordinator. Timothy Choy is the new youth representative from Prospect H.S.

Olympia Williams discussed encampment abatement and how to report it.
